Please fill out the form on the right to submit an edit or an addition to the COVID-19 Resource Center.

• Indicate the time frame for the request. Please note, most requests are completed within 24 hours.
• Include the name of the page and the section you want updated, or if a new page or section needs to be created.
• For longer edits, please attach a word document with the entire content of the web page copied and pasted on there. Highlight the edits or additions you want made. Here is an example.
