MedTech Innovator $500k Competition Finals 
Tuesday, September 26
The MedTech Conference is excited to welcome MedTech Innovator back to the plenary stage on the afternoon of Tuesday, September 26. Four finalist companies from the MedTech Innovator competition will present to a panel of industry-leading judges and compete for the audience vote to win $500,000 in prizes and the award of MedTech Innovator 2017!
MedTech Innovator is the industry’s nonprofit global competition and accelerator for medical device, digital health and diagnostic companies. Its mission is to improve the lives of patients by accelerating the growth of companies that are transforming the health care system. In 2017, MedTech Innovator, with the support of its partners and sponsors, will give out $500,000 in cash prizes, scholarships and in-kind awards.

CEOs share their experiences in capital formation and lessons learned in managing technical and commercial risk, demonstrating value in the marketplace and building relationships with the investment community.
Venture Investing: Finding Returns through Risk Management
AdvaMed Accel will hold an invitation-only roundtable for venture capitalists and business and corporate development executives on Monday, September 25. Roundtable topics will include how VCs evaluate and mitigate key risk factors in medtech investing, as well as opportunities for strategic partnerships and exits for emerging growth companies. Join us for this public session that will report the findings and high-level takeaways from the roundtable.

On Wednesday, September 27, the medtech sector will convene with key public and private stakeholders to explore e ective pathways to improving health and welfare of patient populations in the developing world. Join us for a series of valuable discussions on the challenges to be faced, success stories and lessons learned.
The program will highlight several entrepreneurs who are developing technology that can alleviate the ever-increasing burden of diseases and chronic conditions in developing countries and feature an innovator award from TEAMFund and MedTech Innovator.
