Bridget Hurley

Bridget is the VP of Clinical and Regulatory at Evidation Health, a digital health company based in San Mateo. Evidation quantifies real-world outcomes and product impact in the digital era of medicine using data from wearables, apps, and connected devices in populations at scale. Bridget has over 18 years of US and International experience in medical device product development and clinical and regulatory affairs. Prior to Evidation, Bridget was the head of clinical and regulatory for two bay area medical device start-ups, Element Science and Pulmonx. Bridget also held leadership roles across R&D and clinical at Guidant and Abbott--playing key roles in the development and manufacturing scale-up of the MitraClip mitral valve repair system and the XIENCE V drug-eluting stent and managing global clinical operations for pre-approval and market expansion studies. Bridget holds BS and MS degrees in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas and Georgia Tech.

Amy Belt Raimundo 

Amy Belt Raimundo joined Kaiser Permanente Ventures as managing director. Amy brings over 20 years of experience in healthcare investing, start-up and corporate operations and hospital system consulting. Immediately prior to joining Kaiser, Amy was the Chief Business Officer of digital health start-up Evidation Health founded by GE Ventures and Stanford Healthcare where she led all commercial and business development activities.

Previously, Amy spent close to a decade in venture capital focused on healthcare technology as a Vice President at Covidien Ventures and Advanced Technology Ventures (ATV). She led investments in Medina Medial (acquired by Medtronic) and Nevro Corporation (NYSE: NVRO) among others. Earlier in her career, Amy held operating roles at Guidant Corporation (acquired by Abbott Vascular) including leading the international launch of the Xience drug eluting stent and managing product lines across the US, Europe and Asia. She began her career as a management consultant for APM/CSC Healthcare, optimizing operations and clinical guidelines for major hospital systems. Amy is a Kauffman Venture Fellow as well as founder and president of MedtechWomen. She holds a BA in Economics from Yale University and an MBA from the University of California at Berkeley.

 Tracy MacNeal 

As President of XimedicaDx, the diagnostics business unit of Ximedica, she leads the team to bring human-centric design and innovation to a portfolio that includes Point-of-Care products as well as complex IVD instruments.  As EVP of Corporate Development for Ximedica, Tracy serves to identify, complete, and integrate the company’s acquisitions into a sustainable and profitable strategy.  

Tracy brings over 20 years in building healthcare businesses both organically and through M&A.  With a broad range of roles and transactions with large companies such as Merck, Tracy brings the global perspective needed for Ximedica’s largest clients.  Having served as CFO and VP of Business Development in the medical device startup space, she understands the need for creativity and flexibility that startup clients need to succeed.  Tracy holds a Bachelor of Engineering from The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art, and an MBA from Duke University (Fuqua School of Business).
